Events/Marketing Assistant- Part-time

Summary:

We are seeking a qualified, energetic, passionate candidate to join our Events/Marketing team. Candidate will lead all Events and in all operational aspects of event planning. Events may include, but are not limited to, Trax Farm Market hosted events,  & Customer private rental events. This individual will work closely with many departments within the company including marketing/ advertising, sales,  accounting, vendors and customers. Ideal candidate will be a proven self-starter with attention to detail and have the ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

This is a brand new position. We are thinking 3 days/week to start with the potential to develop into a full-time position in the future. Schedule must be flexible to work weekend events.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• Proven experience required.
• Microsoft Office, Social Media Platforms, Ticket Spice, Constant Contact, or similar/related software.
• Scheduling flexibility to cover events.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to sit for extended periods of time, walk, stand, climb stairs, lift, speak and write in English
