What You’ll Do
As an Energy Sales Advisor, you’ll be on the front lines of our mission:
- Connect with homeowners and introduce renewable energy solutions
- Clearly explain how switching to clean energy benefits their home and their community
- Guide customers through a smooth, stress-free enrollment process
- Build confidence and expertise through daily training, coaching, and mentorship
- Set goals, hit targets, and celebrate your wins
- Show up with professionalism, energy, and leadership

- Full-time availability:
- Monday to Friday 11:00am–8:00pm
Qualifications
Compensation & Perks
- $35,000–$95,000+ in first-year earnings (base pay + commission + weekly bonuses)
- Promotion to Team Leader in as little as 90 days
