BVM Agency Inc is hiring Entry-Level Marketing Associates in Pittsburgh, PA!

We're seeking motivated, energetic individuals looking to launch a career in marketing, customer engagement, and business development. This position offers hands-on experience working directly with customers in retail and event-based environments, helping educate consumers about renewable energy programs and assisting with enrollment opportunities.

No previous experience is required—we provide comprehensive paid training and ongoing mentorship.

What You'll Do

Customer Engagement

• Interact face-to-face with customers in retail locations and community events

• Build positive relationships and create an outstanding customer experience

• Answer questions and provide information about available energy programs

Marketing & Brand Representation

• Represent renewable energy campaigns with professionalism and enthusiasm

• Educate customers on program benefits and available enrollment options

• Assist with promotional marketing initiatives and outreach efforts

Enrollment Support

• Help qualified customers complete enrollment applications

• Ensure enrollment information is processed accurately

• Maintain records of customer interactions and program participation

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with team members and leadership to achieve campaign goals

• Attend ongoing training sessions and professional development workshops

• Contribute to a positive, high-energy team environment

Position Details

Location: In-person retail and event-based environments throughout the Pittsburgh area
