Email Marketing Specialist
A fast-growing health and wellness brand dedicated to offering doctor-formulated natural health and dental care solutions is hiring an Email Marketing Specialist to drive engagement, retention, and revenue through email and automation. This is not just an execution role — we’re looking for a creative and strategic thinker who can plan, build, optimize, and scale high-performing email and SMS campaigns. You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to bring campaigns to life.

What You'll Do
- Strategy & Execution:
- Plan and execute Klaviyo email and SMS campaigns aligned with the marketing calendar
- Write engaging, conversion-optimized email copy (collaborate with team for final review)
- Design basic email layouts using Klaviyo’s builder (complex design support provided)
- Implement, monitor, and continuously improve email/SMS flows and automations
- Optimization & Reporting:
- Run A/B tests to improve open rates, CTR, and conversions
- Maintain high deliverability and list hygiene
- Segment audiences strategically for targeted messaging
- Monitor analytics to measure performance and guide next steps
- Technical Integration:
- Manage integration between Klaviyo and WooCommerce (Shopify experience preferred, as we are migrating soon)
- Use Zapier to build and troubleshoot workflow automations
- Basic image editing with Canva or Photoshop when needed
What You Need
- 2+ years of experience with Klaviyo (flows, campaigns, analytics, segmentation)
- Strong copywriting skills — e-commerce/health product email experience a plus
- Experience running SMS campaigns alongside email
- Proficiency in Shopify (or WooCommerce), Zapier, Canva (Photoshop is a plus)
- Strong understanding of email compliance, deliverability, and mobile optimization
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
- Comfortable working remotely with a U.S.-based team (Mountain Standard Time zone availability for meetings is required)
- High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.

- This is a full-time, long-term position.
- The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT.

- Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (+/- 1 hour accepted) - MST.
