EAM Delivery Lead - Rail, Signalling & Communications

Location: Philadelphia (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM
Compensation: $100-$140/hour (1099)
Term: 12+ month contract

Overview

We are seeking a senior-level Delivery Lead to manage S&C workstreams within a multi-year asset management modernization initiative. This individual will ensure coordinated execution and alignment across engineering, maintenance, and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple delivery cells for Signalling & Communications functions.
• Drive delivery excellence through hybrid-agile practices.
• Coordinate critical path alignment, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
• Guide adoption of business processes and ensure alignment across sub-disciplines.
• Oversee risk, issue, and scope management activities.

Minimum

• 10 Years of leadership experience in large, multi-discipline programs.
• Comprehensive EAM implementation expertise.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to guide teams through complex and evolving delivery environments.
• Must be able to reliably commute to Philadelphia, PA.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred

• Rail industry delivery experience.
• Maximo knowledge.
