From deliveries on the back of an old pickup truck to thousands of tons a year in bulk feed trucks, Kreamer Feed has grown to be one of the most respected names in the feed industry. Now under third generation management, the company has expanded its sales across the country and around the world.

What You Will Do

As the Director of Marketing and Sales, you will oversee a small, high-performing marketing and sales team, ensuring they meet monthly goals aligned with our annual growth targets. You will empower the team, hold them accountable, and maintain alignment through structured check-ins, meetings, and reporting. This role demands strong leadership skills, a collaborative approach, and the ability to drive performance across both marketing and sales functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, empower, and manage remote marketing and sales teams, ensuring accountability and alignment with goals.
  • Drive initiatives that contribute to business growth, ensuring alignment between marketing and sales strategies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices to enhance team performance and innovation.
  • Support Business Development Managers (BDMs) with lead generation efforts, both online and offline.
  • Provide guidance and resources for conference preparation, ensuring success at industry events.
  • Facilitate regular sales reviews, identify opportunities, and provide actionable feedback to drive results.
  • Oversee the marketing team’s progress on 90-day plans, ensuring objectives are met on schedule.
  • Provide direction and briefs for content and marketing strategies, and review and approve content.
  • Expand the company’s online presence, including streamlining processes for online samples and new customer orders.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to align sales and marketing efforts with overall company goals.
  • Drive initiatives that contribute to business growth, ensuring alignment between marketing and sales strategies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices to enhance team performance and innovation.

Who You Are

You have a strong understanding of the agriculture, feed, or fleet farming sector. You use your exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills to manage and motivate remote teams, and you have experience in empowering teams to achieve their goals.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, sales, or a related leadership role.
  • Familiarity with Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in CRM and Project Management tools.
  • Ability to work from Kreamer Feed’s offices at least 3 days / week
