We are seeking a strategic Marketing Director to lead our global marketing efforts. This role will be instrumental in shaping and executing ClinChoice’s brand strategy, driving demand generation, and enhancing market visibility across our key sectors. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in B2B healthcare marketing, a passion for innovation, and a collaborative mindset aligned with our mission-driven culture. 10+ years of marketing experience and previous CRO experience is required. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global marketing strategy aligned with ClinChoice’s business objectives.
  • Lead brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all channels.
  • Oversee digital marketing, content creation, campaign management, and event marketing.
  • Collaborate with business development, operations, and functional teams to support client acquisition and retention.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
  • Manage marketing budgets, KPIs, and ROI tracking.
  • Guide and mentor a high-performing marketing team across regions.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience and previous CRO experience is required. 
  • Proven track record in strategic marketing, digital transformation, and global campaign execution.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural, and mission-driven environment.
