Own the CEO communications strategy, narrative architecture, and annual/quarterly plans (internal + external). Translate complex business and market dynamics into clear positioning and executive-ready messages. Pressure-test narratives with the CEO; anticipate needs and guide priorities, sequencing, and milestones. Define success criteria/KPIs and govern mechanisms that ensure consistency across leadership narratives. Partner with external communications teams on media, speaking, and sponsored activations to elevate the CEO's voice. Guide keynote remarks and major moments (employee town halls, executive meetings, external forums, investor/analyst touchpoints). Align cross-functional stakeholders and synthesize inputs into a cohesive story. Exceptional executive writing across speeches, remarks, long-form memos, leader emails, and social content. Proven ability to convert complex/ambiguous input into crisp, on-voice narratives. Calm, patient operating style under pressure; comfort with ambiguity and rapid iteration. Cross-functional influence with senior stakeholders; high EQ and discretion. Editorial excellence and standards; strong judgment on what to simplify, emphasize, or omit. Measurement mindset tied to defined KPIs and outcomes (engagement, comprehension, timeliness, quality). Demonstrated experience writing for and partnering with C-suite leaders. Experience leading cross-channel executive communications programs and major events. Experience guiding or managing social media strategy for senior executives. Software or technology experience is strongly preferred Track record translating business and market insights into differentiated executive positioning. Media relationships and experience activating CEO platforms across owned/earned/sponsored channels. Experience implementing and executing matrixed operating model in a high-velocity environment. 8 years minimum of executive/external/internal communications experience.
