As a Digital Solutions Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of the action—supporting project coordination, technical implementation, and ensuring every detail is just right.   This is a contract-to-hire role.

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Project Coordination & Support:  assists PMO team members with scheduling, task tracking, documentation, and sprint preparation. This includes maintaining accurate tickets, preparing meeting notes and release summaries, organizing sprint deliverables, and monitoring progress to keep teams aligned 
  • Platform Configuration: completes configuration, updates, and routine implementation tasks within the Virtuoso platform. Responsibilities include template-based adjustments, uploads, validating configuration accuracy, escalating issues to Delivery or QA Leads, and supporting stabilization efforts and client launches. 
  • Testing & Quality Assurance:  conducts functional checks and Beta validations to ensure the accuracy and readiness of portal updates. The role validates integrations and system changes, documents findings, and communicates issues or enhancements to support consistent release quality. 
  • Documentation & Reporting:  maintains organized documentation including implementation notes, test findings, task lists, and configuration updates. The role helps compile delivery, QA, and implementation reports and contributes observations that support workflow improvements. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:  collaborates with QA, Engineering, UI/UX, and project management partners to support smooth handoffs and delivery readiness. The role communicates progress clearly, raises blockers promptly, and contributes to discussions on platform readiness and implementation. 
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, project coordination, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, platform support or implementation
  • Familiarity with project management tools (egs, Notion, Monday.com).
  • Basic understanding of QA workflows and digital implementation steps.
  • Soft Skills: Strong organization and time management; excellent written and verbal communication; adaptable under shifting timelines; proactive and curious learner; collaborative and dependable with keen attention to detail.
