They’re seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in Paid Search & Display to amplify their mission. In this role, you will own the day-to-day management and growth of their paid digital marketing efforts on platforms like Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. Paid Marketing is a key driver of brand awareness, leads, and purchasers of the company's offerings and holds a significant revenue-generating responsibility. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing paid strategies and scaling them profitably.

What You'll Do

  • Plan, develop, and launch paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Ads to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and purchases of the company’s products and services
  • Plan, build, and optimize search, display, Demand Gen, and YouTube campaigns
  • Ideate and build keyword lists & audiences for precise targeting, leveraging first-party data, affinity & in-marketing audiences, and platform-specific tools
  • Monitor and manage advertising budgets to maximize ROI and maintain cost efficiency
  • Build reporting, analyze campaign performance, and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights
  • Collaborate with other functional marketing teams to align paid strategies with broader marketing objectives
  • Work closely with Product Marketing Managers and Creative teams to develop engaging ad copy, visuals, and video content optimized for paid media channels
  • Partner with eCommerce and web development teams to ensure landing pages and website experiences align with paid media strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with platform changes, new ad formats, and emerging paid media trends to continuously enhance campaign performance
  • Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark the company’s performance and identify new opportunities for growth
  • Test and implement new audience, ad, and bidding strategies to refine the company’s paid social efforts
 

What You Need

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search, display, Demand Gen, and YouTube campaigns, audiences, and ads in Google Ads & Microsoft Ads platforms
  • Strategic thinker who can develop innovative, creative, and measurable paid media marketing strategies
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional marketing initiatives, collaborating effectively with content, creative, and eCommerce teams
  • Able to clearly communicate strategies and possibilities within advertising platforms to non-digital marketing stakeholders
  • Passionate about data-driven decision-making, with a deep understanding of campaign performance metrics, audience insights, and optimization strategies
  • Interested in medical and law education, with an understanding of how to market effectively in these industries
  • Experienced in using project management tools like Asana to collaborate across functional marketing teams to plan and manage workloads
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously
 

Salary & Perks

  • Remote in Argentina or Colombia
  • Competitive Salary
  • This is a full-time, long-term position. 
  • The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement.
  • Work from home.
  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (+/- 1 hour accepted) - PST.
