Overview
For 19 years, the York Revolution has been welcoming fans to WellSpan Park in downtown York. More than a minor league baseball stadium, the Revolution is a year-round entertainment hub committed to delivering unforgettable experiences for baseball fans, families, and event attendees alike.
Position Overview
The Digital Marketing Specialist (DMS) will be a key driver of the Revolution’s digital advertising, CRM utilization, and email marketing strategy—directly supporting revenue growth, fan engagement, and attendance goals.
This role is perfect for a motivated, analytical marketer eager to combine creativity with data, and who thrives in the fast-paced environment of sports, entertainment, and performance-based marketing.
The DMS will manage and optimize segmented email campaigns, refine targeting strategies, and boost engagement while supporting paid digital advertising across platforms such as Google and Meta. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for testing, learning, and pushing campaigns to reach (and exceed) KPIs.
You’ll collaborate closely with the Director of Marketing and work cross-departmentally with Ticketing, Hospitality, and Retail to ensure consistent messaging and measurable impact across every digital touchpoint.
Reporting Line
- Reports directly to the Director of Marketing
- Secondary reporting to the Director of Ticket and Retail Operations and the Assistant General Manager
Responsibilities
Email Strategy & CRM Management
- Leverage customer data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that align with Revs products and experiences.
- Drive organizational efforts to grow the customer database.
- Execute A/B tests, measure results, and continually optimize for higher open/click rates and improved conversion.
Develop & Execute Online Advertising Strategies
- Plan, implement, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms including SEO, GEO, AI Overviews, Google Ads, Paid Search, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and more.
- Conduct ongoing market and competitive research to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Create effective ad content—including copy, visuals, and landing pages—to maximize CTR and conversions.
Sales & Performance Analysis
- Track and analyze KPIs such as conversion rate, AOV, CAC, and ROAS.
- Use insights to propose improvements to campaign performance and digital strategy.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies, platforms, and best practices to keep the Revolution on the cutting edge.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $50,000–$60,000, based on full-time schedule and experience.
- Performance bonus: Up to 10% of annual salary.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Experience in marketing and analytics (required).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management capabilities.
- Expertise in email marketing, social media platforms, and social commerce trends.
- CRM or email platform experience (Constant Contact, MailChimp, etc.) preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Google SEO or related certifications are a plus.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
