Job Title: Sales Consultant
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Pay: Base + Uncapped Commission (Average Annualized Year 1 Compensation: $65,000- $125,000+ / Year 2: $85,000 - $145,000+)

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Aggressively prospect, develop, and close leads using a variety of sources
- Work directly with businesses to discuss and understand their needs and then develop customized solutions to drive leads to their business
- Own entire sales process from prospecting to completion of the sale
- Provide an excellent customer experience throughout the B2B sales process
- Ability to utilize technology to engage clients
- Meet and exceed individual weekly and monthly sales goals
- Participate in or lead internal continuous improvement initiatives, for example developing new (or improving existing) client-facing sales frameworks and tools

Compensation includes base salary plus uncapped commissions. Minimum expectations of the position would yield $65,000 to $125,000+ in annual compensation.
