About the Role: The Digital Marketing Operations Manager drives lead generation and operational excellence by managing the end-to-end content machine, overseeing specialized contractors, and optimizing paid advertising funnels. This is an ideal opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to maximize marketing efficiency through high-level project management and the seamless execution of established systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Content & Repurposing: Oversee the end-to-end production and repurposing of video, email, and blog content to maximize engagement and ensure high-quality, timely delivery across all platforms.
- Optimize Paid Ads & Funnels: Support Facebook, Instagram and Youtube advertising initiatives and execute funnel split testing within marketing platforms to consistently improve lead conversion rates and campaign performance.
- Direct External Talent: Coordinate and lead a diverse team of external contractors responsible for specialized tasks.
- Maintain Systems & Timelines: Manage the technical marketing ecosystem and project timelines to ensure seamless workflow execution and alignment.
Qualifications:
- Extensive Experience: Minimum 4–10 years of experience in marketing operations or project management, with a proven track record in execution-focused, results-driven roles.
- Technical Mastery: High-level proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, ClickFunnels, WordPress, and YouTube Studio to manage campaigns and technical workflows.
- Project & Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to manage multiple complex workflows and coordinate external contractors simultaneously to ensure project alignment.
- Execution Mindset: Strong organizational and communication skills focused on following, maintaining, and optimizing established systems rather than building from scratch.
Preferred:
- Experience in lead generation and call-funnel marketing environments.
- Experience managing remote contractors or distributed marketing teams.
- Familiarity with content repurposing and multi-channel content distribution strategies.
