We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Digital Marketing Manager who thrives in an execution-focused role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys managing and optimizing campaigns, analyzing data for insights, and working in a structured environment. The Digital Marketing Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our marketing initiatives by focusing on paid media, SEO, website optimization, and analytics.

  • Work Hours and Schedule: Semi-flexible, 8 AM – 5 PM CDT (10 PM-7 AM PHT), Fixed rest days (Sat-Sun)
  • Work Arrangement: Remote (Philippines)


This role supports the broader marketing strategy by executing and optimizing digital marketing efforts while ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and ROI measurement. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

 

  1. Paid Media Management
  • Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across platforms, including Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, Meta, and others.
  • Manage budgets for PPC campaigns and ensure spend aligns with ROI goals.
  • Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and messaging to continuously improve campaign performance.

 

  1. SEO Strategy and Execution
  • Lead on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
  • Use tools like SEMRush and Google Analytics to monitor performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Collaborate with web development teams to ensure website is optimized for SEO best practices.

 

  1. Website Optimization
  • Analyze and improve the website’s performance to increase conversion rates and user experience (UX).
  • Develop and optimize landing pages, CTAs, and lead forms to align with campaign objectives.
  • Conduct regular A/B tests on the website to identify and implement improvements.

 

  1. Campaign Tracking and Analytics
  • Set up and manage UTMs, campaign tracking, and reporting for all digital marketing activities.
  • Monitor and analyze data from HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other tools to track campaign success and provide actionable insights.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to report on KPIs, including lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.

 

  1. Organic and Paid Social Media
  • Plan, execute, and optimize organic and paid social media campaigns, primarily on LinkedIn.
  • Develop a content calendar to ensure consistency and engagement with key audiences.
  • Monitor performance and adjust strategies to maximize reach and conversions.

 

Required Skills and Experience 

 

  1. Technical Expertise
  • Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, or other relevant digital marketing tools.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, SEMRush, and other SEO tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta campaigns.

  • Strong ability to analyze data, generate insights, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to implement tracking mechanisms, including UTM creation, and ensure accurate reporting across platforms.

  • Thrives in a structured, task-oriented environment with minimal need for external collaboration.
  • Comfortable managing the day-to-day execution of campaigns while ensuring all projects align with broader marketing goals.

  • Ability to test and implement innovative strategies for paid media and SEO.
  • Skilled at improving website conversion rates through creative and technical solutions.

 

  1. Communication and Collaboration
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating compelling ad copy and reporting results.
  • Works well independently but aligns effectively with leadership to support strategy.

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience in the IT or MSP industry is a plus.
  • Background in UX/UI optimization and A/B testing frameworks.
