We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Digital Marketing Manager who thrives in an execution-focused role. The Digital Marketing Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our marketing initiatives by focusing on paid media, SEO, website optimization, and analytics.

This role supports the broader marketing strategy by executing and optimizing digital marketing efforts while ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and ROI measurement.
Key Responsibilities
- Paid Media Management
- Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across platforms, including Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, Meta, and others.
- Manage budgets for PPC campaigns and ensure spend aligns with ROI goals.
- Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and messaging to continuously improve campaign performance.
- SEO Strategy and Execution
- Lead on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
- Use tools like SEMRush and Google Analytics to monitor performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with web development teams to ensure website is optimized for SEO best practices.
- Website Optimization
- Analyze and improve the website’s performance to increase conversion rates and user experience (UX).
- Develop and optimize landing pages, CTAs, and lead forms to align with campaign objectives.
- Conduct regular A/B tests on the website to identify and implement improvements.
- Campaign Tracking and Analytics
- Set up and manage UTMs, campaign tracking, and reporting for all digital marketing activities.
- Monitor and analyze data from HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other tools to track campaign success and provide actionable insights.
- Build and maintain dashboards to report on KPIs, including lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Organic and Paid Social Media
- Plan, execute, and optimize organic and paid social media campaigns, primarily on LinkedIn.
- Develop a content calendar to ensure consistency and engagement with key audiences.
- Monitor performance and adjust strategies to maximize reach and conversions.
Required Skills and Experience
- Technical Expertise
- Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, or other relevant digital marketing tools.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, SEMRush, and other SEO tools.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta campaigns.
- Analytical and Detail-Oriented
- Strong ability to analyze data, generate insights, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Ability to implement tracking mechanisms, including UTM creation, and ensure accurate reporting across platforms.
