Digital Marketing Manager – User Growth & Content Strategy

About the Role
  • As our Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll own user-facing marketing strategy across GI Jobs, Military Friendly, and Vetrepreneur—three powerhouse brands serving the military community. Your mission: grow, engage, and convert our audience of transitioning service members, veterans, and military families through content, campaigns, and community.
  • This is a creative-first, data-backed, AI-assisted role where you’ll have high autonomy and direct impact on brand growth.
What You’ll Do
Build & Grow Our Audience
  • Develop and execute content marketing strategies (short-form video, blog, email, landing pages, microsites)
  • Manage and grow our social media presence across IG, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook
  • Collaborate with internal creators and influencers to create native, authentic content
Experiment with AI & Emerging Platforms
  • Use tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, CapCut, and Canva Magic to streamline content creation
  • Constantly test and iterate new tactics using AI for copy, creative, segmentation, personalization
Run Campaigns That Convert
  • Plan and manage paid/organic campaigns for event signups, program applications, newsletter growth, etc.
  • Launch and optimize landing pages and lead magnets that drive meaningful action
  • Align messaging across email, ads, social, video, and content
Measure What Matters
  • Track KPIs and conversion data in GA4, HubSpot, Ahrefs, Hotjar, and social analytics tools
  • Set clear goals, A/B test, analyze performance, and make data-driven decisions

What You Bring
  • 7+ years of digital marketing experience (B2C, media, or purpose-driven brands preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage content calendars, social media, email flows, and campaign performance
  • Comfort using AI tools to produce high-quality, high-volume content
  • SEO guru, paid media strategy, automation flows, and community engagement
  • Highly organized, creative, independent, and ready to run with ideas
