As the Digital Marketing Lead, your primary responsibility will be to define and drive KDG’s and their Client’s marketing direction. This role is ideal for a self-starter with strong business acumen and a data-informed mindset. This role is ideal for a strategic, organized professional who enjoys creating cohesive marketing campaigns, managing a brand's visual integrity, and working across departments to bring marketing strategies to life.
As part of KDG’s growing marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and ensuring our visual identity and messaging remain consistent. You will be responsible for providing creative oversight and ensuring all marketing assets align with KDG’s brand standards.
In this role, you will be expected to perform the responsibilities below:
- Continuously analyze marketing campaign results and make data-driven decisions to improve performance
- Research customer insights, industry trends, and competitive activity to uncover new opportunities
- Drive cross-channel campaign planning, including digital, content, paid media, and events
- Align marketing messaging and positioning with KDG’s brand and customer experience vision
- Identify and test new acquisition, engagement, and conversion strategies
- Creative Oversight & Brand Stewardship
- Provide creative direction for outsourced design work to ensure visual consistency and brand alignment
- Review and approve all external creative assets
- Deliver clear feedback to ensure assets match brand guidelines and strategic intent
- Maintain the brand’s visual identity across channels including the website, ads, social, and collateral
- Landing Page and Website Strategy
- Develop and manage the strategy behind marketing landing pages for lead generation and conversion
- Use A/B testing and performance metrics to continually optimize page design, messaging, and UX
- Ensure the website adheres to brand standards, follows SEO best practices, and supports broader campaign goals Set up and coordinate in office events.
- Possible minimal travel ad hoc < 10%.
- Other assigned responsibilities as needed.
Requirements
To be considered, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
Experience: 2-3+ years of experience in marketing related position
Commute: Ability to commute to the Allentown, PA office once a week.
Strategic & Analytical Skills
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics, KPIs, and how to optimize performance
- Ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies
- Experience setting up campaign frameworks and defining success metrics
- Comfortable with the following: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, CRM platforms, SEM, PPC.
- Research-oriented mindset with a pulse on marketing trends and emerging tools
Marketing & Branding Knowledge
- Experience developing marketing roadmaps, calendars, and content strategy
- Skilled in campaign messaging, brand positioning, and audience targeting
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, social media strategy, and content distribution
- Experience collaborating across functions to execute omni-channel campaigns
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate design work for brand alignment and provide visual direction
Project & Communication Skills
- Strong project management and prioritization abilities
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Excellent communicator who can articulate marketing strategy to team members, leadership, and clients
- Ability to guide others and create alignment across teams
Preferred Tools & Tech Experience
- Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho CRM)
- Marketing automation platforms (e.g., Zoho Marketing Automation, HubSpot)
- SEO tools (e.g., SiteGuru, Moz)
- Paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager)
- Content management systems like WordPress, with a strong understanding of on-page SEO, meta structure, and performance optimization tools
