Position: Digital Marketing Coordinator
Department: Digital Marketing
Reports To: Digital Marketing Lead
We are seeking a detail-oriented and digitally fluent Digital Marketing Website Coordinator to support the execution, maintenance, and optimization of our website and digital marketing initiatives. This role plays a vital part in ensuring our web presence is current, engaging, and aligned with both campaign strategy and business objectives. The ideal candidate brings a blend of technical know-how, marketing awareness, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality web content and user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Website Content Management
· Update, edit, and publish content using a content management system (CMS), ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and responsiveness across devices.
· Coordinate with content, design, and product teams to maintain catalogs, landing pages, blog content, and other site content.
· Ensure that all published content follows SEO best practices, accessibility guidelines, and style standards.
· Assist in the development and launch of landing pages, web forms, and promotional content tied to marketing campaigns, events, or product rollouts.
· Implement basic tracking (UTMs, tags, etc.) for performance reporting.
Website Performance & QA
· Conduct routine audits to identify and address broken links, outdated content, page errors, or UX/UI inconsistencies.
· Perform quality assurance checks before and after publishing updates to ensure functionality and visual consistency.
· Assist in testing new features, integrations, or third-party tools before launch.
Reporting & Analytics
· Monitor website performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
· Compile regular reports on page traffic, bounce rates, form conversions, and other key web KPIs.
Website Translations & Localization
· Coordinate the implementation of multilingual content across global website instances, ensuring accuracy, cultural relevance, and alignment with brand guidelines.
· Collaborate with internal teams and translation vendors to manage content submission, review cycles, and publishing timelines.
· Maintain translation workflows within the CMS and ensure localized pages are properly linked, indexed, and accessible to target regions.
Ticket Management & Development Coordination
· Manage the intake, documentation, and prioritization of website enhancement and issue tickets in collaboration with development partners.
· Communicate technical requirements, reproduction steps, and expected outcomes clearly to developers for efficient resolution.
· Track ticket statuses, follow up on timelines, and escalate blockers as needed to ensure projects remain on schedule.
· Participate in sprint planning or status meetings with external web development teams to align on upcoming tasks, updates, and releases.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Work closely with the broader marketing, creative, and product teams to align website content with brand messaging and business goals.
· Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely updates and site changes.
· Help coordinate agency/vendor contributions to site projects when applicable.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
· 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, website coordination, or content management.
· Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager, or Sitecore).
· Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and SEO fundamentals.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Strong organizational and scheduling skills are a must.
· Ability to communicate and interact with outside vendors, customers and sales force.
· Ability to travel as needed (locally). Less than 5% travel.
· Ability to meet deadlines, budgets and objectives and work as a team with other Marketing and cross department professionals.
· Ability to work independently when required, as well as work well across regions/time zones as part of global team.
· Possess innovative mindset and ambitious personality and feel comfortable in a fast-paced work environment.
Preferred Skills:
· Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Microsoft Office.
· Experience working in an enterprise or multi-brand web environment.
· Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., SalesForce, Pardot).
· Comfort with project management platforms (e.g., WorkFront, Sifter, Slack).
· Exposure to accessibility (WCAG), GDPR, or data privacy principles.
· Experience with digital asset management (DAM) systems for organizing and deploying web content.
· Understanding of UX/UI principles and how they impact content layout and user engagement.
