Position: Digital Marketer (Graphic Design & Social Media)
Location: Remote
Hours: Monday to Friday (U.S. business hours)

We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist to lead our visual communications across LinkedIn and other digital platforms. In this client-facing role, you’ll blend design creativity with marketing strategy to craft compelling visuals and campaigns that elevate our clients’ brands in the B2B space.
You’ll work closely with firm partners and senior stakeholders, managing multiple projects and ensuring every piece of content — from a LinkedIn carousel to a client presentation — aligns with brand standards and communicates with polish and precision.
Design engaging LinkedIn content (posts, carousels, infographics, banners) that align with client branding and business objectives
Manage LinkedIn pages and campaigns, including content calendars, scheduling, and performance tracking
Support the creation of B2B marketing materials such as PowerPoint presentations, case studies, and digital brochures
Execute and monitor email campaigns, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints
Manage minor website updates and coordinate larger design projects with web developers
Collaborate with clients to understand messaging goals and translate them into high-impact visual assets
Oversee and provide creative direction to external contractors (designers, copywriters, developers)
Maintain organized project files and timelines while ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards
Provide strategic design input to optimize client communications and campaign engagement
Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B marketing communications or graphic design
Strong background in LinkedIn marketing and content design
Proven ability to design professional materials for corporate or financial audiences
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Microsoft PowerPoint
Working knowledge of SEO tools, email marketing platforms, and Google Workspace
Experience managing brand identity systems and ensuring visual consistency across media
Excellent attention to detail, layout, and typography
Outstanding communication skills with a client-service mindset
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or related field
You have a designer’s eye for clean, professional, and visually cohesive content
You understand how to communicate complex B2B ideas through clear, impactful visuals
You’re proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple client projects
