PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: 

  • Supports day-to-day operations on designated accounts to activate and manage social and digital campaigns and programs effectively. 
  • Monitor social media trends in order to inform strategic recommendations. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams including brand strategy, media, data & analytics, client experience and project management. 

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES REQUIRED: 

  • Bachelor's Degree 
  • Entry Level (or 0-1 years' experience) 
  • Familiarity with digital and social media management systems such as Khoros/Sprinklr, Meltwater/Talkwalker, Ad Manager and Creative Hub. 
  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
