Digital Content Producer

As Westfalia continues to grow, we are looking for a Digital Content Producer to join our marketing team! The Digital Content Producer specializes in digital design, video editing, and online communications. This individual should have a firm grasp of digital touchpoints, drive highly effective digital campaigns, and deliver on content objectives. Working closely with our Director of Marketing, you'll help execute our content strategy across multiple platforms. This collaborative role combines creative writing, visual content creation, and marketing savvy to support our sales and marketing initiatives. They will be tasked with various design requests, video deliverables, stills capture/editing and other production content. Additionally, this person will create and publish engaging content for a variety of marketing assets to be utilized on websites and various digital channels.

Job Functions:

• Develop and execute content marketing initiatives in alignment with business objectives and marketing strategy.
• Create visual and review written content for digital platforms, including website, social media, email campaigns, and sales collateral.
• Support video and photo production, including shooting, editing, and storytelling.
• Design and produce motion graphics and visual assets for marketing campaigns.
• Maintain and manage our content calendar, ensuring timely execution of projects.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales support materials.
• Working closely with the Director of Marketing to develop targeted industry-specific and ABM campaigns.
• Assist in managing, reviewing and growing Westfalia’s social media presence, ensuring content aligns with brand identity and company messaging.
• Oversee marketing content assets, ensuring they are organized, tagged, accessible, and up to date.
• Assist in content automation efforts to improve marketing efficiency.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in content creation, marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, InDesign, Express) and DaVinci Resolve and Fusion
• Strong understanding of content strategy, branding, and digital marketing best practices
• Experience with social media content creation and management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate across departments
• Portfolio demonstrating a range of content creation skills, including video and graphic design
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time

Education/Experience:

• Experience in a production or agency environment
• Background in B2B marketing or industrial/manufacturing industries

Desired Skills:

• Advanced photography and videography skills
• Remote Pilot Certificate (For Drone Work) - UAS Part 107 
• Familiarity with marketing automation and content management platforms
• Ability to travel with limited notice for content capture and production support
• Must be highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage creative projects from concept to execution
• Willingness to adapt to evolving marketing needs and work collaboratively with various teams
• Self-motivated and proactive in managing multiple projects
