Position Overview

We’re seeking a strategic, creative, and hands-on Digital Content Producer to join our dynamic Marketing team. Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, this role plays a critical part in shaping Payroc’s brand presence across digital platforms through compelling, multimedia-rich content. As a key member of the Content & Product Marketing team, you will develop and produce high-impact video and digital assets that engage audiences, simplify complex topics, and support our business objectives. From ideation to execution, you’ll manage content across a range of channels including our website, social media, email campaigns, newsletters, and events. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with subject matter experts, Sales, and Product teams to craft clear, engaging narratives that reflect Payroc’s voice and values. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Concept, create, and execute high-quality digital content across Payroc’s channels, including our website, email campaigns, newsletters, events, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram platforms
  • Manage video production from concept to filming to editing and optimizing for digital platforms (short-form + long-form)
  • Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs), Sales, and Product teams to turn complex payment topics into clear, digestible, and visually engaging stories
  • Edit and repurpose existing media content into new formats to extend lifecycle and impact
  • Use analytics to measure content performance, optimize new media projects, and contribute to ongoing strategy
  • Ensure Payroc’s brand voice, tone, and visual identity are consistently reflected across all content
  • Stay ahead of digital trends and bring fresh ideas to keep our content modern, relevant, and competitive

Qualifications 

  • 5+ years of experience in digital content and media production ideally in payments, fintech, or B2B technology
  • Portfolio that showcases expertise in digital storytelling, video editing, and multimedia content creation
  • Ability to travel on occasion for on-site video shoots
  • A working knowledge of animation for producing dynamic, multimedia content is preferred 
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, or similar production tools including familiarity with CMS and social media management platforms (HubSpot)
  • Experience producing content for LinkedIn and other social media platforms especially with a B2B audience
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into engaging, user-friendly content
  • Comfort collaborating across teams and working in a fast-moving environment
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and apply learnings to improve future content

Working Conditions 

  • Extensive desk-based work involving prolonged periods using a computer and sitting for extended periods
  • Frequent interaction with team members, management, agents, Business Development Managers (BDMs), and external partners to facilitate smooth operations and collaborations
