Work Hours (Client) : Remote, Full-time (US Hours - ideally 9 AM to 5 PM EST, with flexibility) 

Pay Range : $1000 USD/month (varies based on skill set and experience level)

Location of Search : Philippines, Latin America, South Africa, or Any Region

Duties and Responsibilities:

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Ads Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for crafting and managing high-performing ads across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and Pinterest. You’ll work with our existing media assets to create eye-catching campaigns that follow platform best practices and resonate with luxury-minded audiences.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Edit and adapt provided images and videos into effective ads for various platforms.
  • Create compelling, on-brand ad content for Meta, Google Ads, and Pinterest.
  • Upload, schedule, and manage ad campaigns across platforms with precision.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and report actionable insights.
  • Use our extensive content library to develop fresh and engaging ad variations.
 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital ad creation and management—especially for Meta and Google Ads (must-have).
  • Background in or familiarity with the luxury or fashion industry is highly preferred.
  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of ad specs, best practices, and trends across platforms.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proactive communicator with fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Self-starter comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
