We are looking for a dynamic and highly driven Sales Hunter to join our client's team and lead new business acquisition across AI, Contact Center, and Digital Transformation technology solutions.
This is a high-impact role for an individual who thrives on opening new doors, engaging C-suite stakeholders, and driving enterprise-level technology deals in a fast-evolving CX and automation landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities in Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS), Workforce Optimization (WFO), and AI & Automation technology domains.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies targeting enterprise clients across select verticals (e.g., BFSI, Healthcare)
- Build executive-level relationships (CIO, COO, CXO, and Digital Transformation leaders) and position the company as a trusted transformation partner.
- Understand client business challenges and craft customized, outcome-based commercial models that demonstrate measurable ROI.
- Collaborate with internal solution architects, delivery, and marketing teams to drive integrated solutions combining AI, cloud, and automation capabilities.
- Maintain a strong pulse on emerging AI, GenAI, and contact centre technologies, including platforms like CISCO Webex CX, Genesys Cloud, NICE CXone, and Google CCAI.
- Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Required Experience & Skills:
- 10+ years of enterprise technology sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets for at least the past three consecutive years.
- Demonstrated success selling CCaaS, WFO, and AI-driven automation technology solutions to enterprise clients.
- Strong understanding of AI fundamentals and technology stacks commonly deployed in contact center and back-office environments.
- Experience with one or more leading CX platforms: CISCO Webex, Genesys Cloud, NICE CXone, Google CCAI, or similar.
- Solid experience and understanding of Professional Services / Implementation services, Digital Transformation, Process Re-engineering, and Outcome-based Pricing Models.
- Domain experience in at least two industry verticals, ideally Banking/Financial Services/Insurance (BFSI) and/or US Healthcare.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories.
