Your Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Generate engaging, multimedia content for both internal and external channels, promoting Siemens Healthineers as an employer of choice to talents and other audiences.
  • Plan and implement compelling multi-channel campaigns, highlighting the distinct company culture, values, and commitment to employee well-being.
  • Collaborate extensively within the Content Lab and with various stakeholders across the company to ensure content aligns with the objectives and values of Siemens Healthineers.
  • Create and edit high-quality content for the corporate website, social media, podcasts, and the intranet.
  • Offer communication consultation, supporting HR initiatives and employer branding campaigns to ensure their maximum impact and alignment with our organizational goals.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of our communications to continuously adapt and improve our strategies. Have a particular focus on analyzing data from our talent communication measures to ensure our campaigns attract and engage potential and current employees.

Your Qualifications and Experience:

  • More than five years of professional experience in corporate communications, marketing, or a related field, with a specific focus on employer branding and strategic campaign development.
  • Demonstrated success in communicating a company's culture and values, ideally within the healthcare or technology sectors, to a wide range of audiences.
  • You possess excellent digital communications competencies, including editorial content creation, multimedia storytelling, and social media management.
  • Experience in navigating complex, global organizations and collaborating across different levels of management and functional areas.
  • Strong ability to influence without authority.
  • Strong project management capabilities, able to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office, content management systems, and digital marketing platforms.

Your Attributes and Skills:

  • Native English language skills, both written and verbal; additional languages, particularly German, are beneficial.
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex concepts into compelling, audience-relevant content.
  • Creative and innovative, with a commitment to continuous learning and excellence.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively across teams and with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Agile and adaptable, thriving in environments that require a high degree of self-organization and personal accountability.
  • Outcome-focused, with a proven ability to lead initiatives to successful completion without direct authority.

The annual base pay for this position is:

Min $111,400 - Max $167,100

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
