Key Responsibilities:
- Develop customer-centric, conversion-optimized copy for a variety of channels including video scripts, demand generation emails, campaign landing pages, and event collateral.
- Transform complex product information into clear, persuasive, and audience-friendly messaging.
- Interpret creative briefs and strategic direction to produce compelling copy concepts that align with campaign objectives (e.g., lead generation, event registration).
- Collaborate with marketing partners to develop a wide range of high-impact materials.
- Generate multiple creative iterations and strategic options for stakeholder review.
- Present copy concepts and rationales to business leaders with confidence.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering polished, error-free work that adheres to brand guidelines, often under tight deadlines.
- Conduct research on target buyer personas to better understand intent and inform messaging strategy.
- Analyze and leverage performance data to continuously optimize copy and document best practices.
Qualifications & Experience:
- +4 years of professional copywriting experience, with a strong preference for backgrounds in B2B and/or agency environments.
- A proven portfolio demonstrating exceptional writing ability across various formats (please include 3 samples or links with your application).
- Exceptional skills in writing, editing, and proofreading.
- Demonstrated experience writing scripts for video.
- Proven ability to thrive while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
- A collaborative mindset, strong business acumen, and a dedicated work ethic.
- Confidence in developing and presenting work to senior-level audiences.
- A post-secondary degree is required.
