What You’ll Do:
Working out of our Allentown facility and on-site at client properties, your main responsibilities will include:
- Pack-Out: Carefully inventory, wrap, and safely pack up customers' personal belongings for transport.
- Restoration: Use state-of-the-art industrial cleaning systems to restore clothes, soft goods, and cherished items to pre-loss condition.
- Organize: Keep our warehouse and processing areas clean, safe, and running smoothly.
- Pack-Back: Safely deliver and set up the restored items back in the customer’s home.

Teamwork: Collaborate closely with your crew supervisor and fellow technicians to get the job done right.
What We’re Looking For:
No specific restoration experience? We will train the right person! We just ask that you bring:
- High Empathy & Care: You treat other people's belongings with the same respect you'd give your own.
- Reliability: Dependable transportation to and from our Allentown warehouse.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and move for long periods, and regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
- Safety-Minded: Comfortable working around cleaning products and strictly following safety guidelines.
- Great Attitude: A team-first mindset and a willingness to learn.
