As a member of the Content Production Team, you'll be responsible for supporting the creative vision through media assets across multiple channels, and for creating and organizing engaging digital product display pages that showcase our amazing product offerings alongside seasonal initiatives that align with our corporate goals.

Job Description

The Digital Content Temp plays a crucial role in setting up products for imagery capture at our warehouse studio in Pedricktown, NJ. This position will own sample intake, cataloging, and coordination. This position is responsible for receiving studio samples, producing and publishing core product set up, maintaining accurate studio sample inventory records, and ensuring each Ecommerce product has all attributes to support content capture/production. This role is on site at our Pedricktown, NJ warehouse studio

Digital Content Temp Purpose

· Intake and catalog Ecommerce samples.

· Be able to balance multiple priorities while staying nimble to meet clear calendar deadlines.

· Build and maintain sample library in the Ecommerce studio based on revolving sample allocations, differentiating by key categories and priorities.

· Act as liaison between Ecommerce, Fulfillment and the Digital Content Photography team to ensure products are properly set up.

· Quality check reference images and product variations when necessary

Job Responsibilities

· Sample Activities

o Receive and process studio production samples

o Request and traffic studio samples for asset production

o Compare received samples to PIM to QC item setup relationships in legacy to Color/Size conversion.

· Support Tasks

o Capture copy notes to support the product copywriter.

o QC PIM content ensuring the customer has a clear understanding of what they are purchasing.

o Build Ecommerce Color/Size SKUs in instances where Color/Size was not an option at setup.

o Be able to support Brand Production Sample Coordinator in our home office as needed based on volume.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Preferred 2 years’ experience in a photography studio environment

· Experience in Excel and Salsify is a plus, but not required

· Able to lift 15lbs boxes on occasion

· Strong aesthetic and design skills with an ability to interpret brand standards.

· Proven strength in problem analysis and creative problem solving.

· Strong organizational skills.

· Act and work with a sense of urgency.

· Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
