Role description
We’re seeking a curious, growth-driven Content Marketing Manager to help us establish the Liven Blog as the go-to destination for self-discovery, emotional well-being, and personal growth.
If you have experience in B2C content marketing, love telling meaningful stories, and know your way around AI tools, LLMs, and prompt engineering, we’ll be happy to hear from you.
You will own and evolve the content production process for the Liven Blog, from ideation to publishing, with a mission to attract, educate, and convert readers who are searching for support on their self-discovery journey.

Organic traffic growth to the Liven Blog
Conversions generated through content
You will:
— Use prompt-engineering to generate outlines, first drafts, and optimize existing content using LLMs (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude);
— Experiment with various content formats, such as guides, explainers, and stories, to determine what resonates with our audience;
— Edit and proofread content produced by freelance writers and agencies;
— Develop and manage a content calendar aligned with product launches, marketing campaigns, and company objectives;
— Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in tone and style, and optimized for search;
— Publish and QA content on the blog to maintain a flawless reading experience;
— Fact-check, refine, and elevate all AI-generated content to ensure accuracy, originality, and alignment with Liven’s voice and standards;
— Track, analyze, and report on content performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions);
— Run continuous A/B tests (headlines, CTAs, formats) to improve content effectiveness.
You have:
— 2+ years in content marketing with a focus on B2C or B2B SaaS or technology products;
— Advanced English;
— Ability to write and edit high-quality, human-centered content that simplifies complex concepts;
— Strong understanding of large language models and hands-on experience using prompt engineering for content production and optimization;
— Solid knowledge of SEO fundamentals, keyword research, and tools like Ahrefs or SurferSEO;
— Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GSC, Tableau, Looker, Microsoft Clarity) and the ability to translate data into clear insights and next steps;
— Experience working with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Strapi, Webflow, HubSpot);
— Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
— The ability to work with a large amount of information and pay attention to details.
