Who We Are
Achievement House Cyber Charter School, headquartered in Exton, PA is a 100% online cyber charter school serving grades 7 through 12. We pride ourselves in being student focused with all that we do. We strive to provide a supportive and engaging environment for our students and staff daily.
Who We Are Seeking
Achievement House Cyber Charter School is seeking a Content Marketing Manager to shape how we tell our story across every platform, every format, and every stage of a prospective student's journey. This role owns the school's content strategy and day-to-day execution, ensuring every word we publish reflects our values, sparks curiosity, and helps families imagine a different kind of education built for today's world.
You’ll craft content that doesn’t just inform; it resonates. From blog posts and landing pages to emails and social campaigns, your writing will spotlight the voices that matter most: our students and their families. You’ll bring their stories to life and, in the process, help more families see Achievement House as a place where their students can thrive.
AI will be part of your toolkit and used thoughtfully to support brainstorming, editing, and efficiency, but the voice must always stay grounded in authenticity. This is about connection, not automation.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment. You know how to move from big-picture strategy to polished deliverables. You’re energized by collaboration but don’t need handholding. You ask thoughtful questions, seek out opportunities, and take pride in delivering work that builds trust and drives results.
The Content Marketing Manager will be responsible for:
- Develop and lead a comprehensive content strategy supporting brand awareness and student recruitment.
- Write and edit original content, including blog posts, articles, landing pages, email campaigns, social media copy, and other media assets.
- Maintain a consistent and compelling brand voice that resonates with students and their families across all platforms.
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, academic, and leadership teams to align messaging with school programs, initiatives, and seasonal priorities.
- Manage content for digital platforms, including HubSpot and WordPress, and ensure quality across all web and campaign materials.
- Plan and manage an editorial calendar that supports marketing campaigns and enrollment cycles.
- Use AI tools to support brainstorming, editing, and optimization without compromising brand voice or authenticity.
- Identify opportunities to improve how we engage and communicate with prospective students and families across the entire content journey.
- Create content that supports multi-channel campaigns, including search, social, print, and events.
- Apply SEO best practices and content performance data to improve reach and relevance over time.
- Analyze results, gather insights, and use findings to strengthen future content strategies.
- Attend and provide support during school-wide meetings, events, and activities.
- Proctor state and local assessments as warranted.
- Complete additional duties as needed.
