The Digital Transformation Team leads workstreams within enterprise transformation engagements, helping clients redesign processes, prioritize technology and AI investments, and prepare organizations for large-scale operational change.

This role focuses on process redesign before automation, ensuring that AI and technology initiatives are anchored in clear business value and integrated into broader transformation programs. In this role, you will collaborate closely with AI Transformation Services (ATS) and technology teams to translate strategic priorities into executable transformation roadmaps.

Job Responsibilities

Enterprise Transformation Delivery

  • Support workstreams within digital transformation and enterprise modernization programs

  • Conduct current-state assessments across operations, finance, and organizational processes

  • Identify opportunities for process redesign prior to automation or AI deployment

  • Translate business challenges into prioritized transformation initiatives

Process Redesign & Operational Improvement

  • Facilitate cross-functional process mapping workshops

  • Redesign workflows to improve efficiency, accountability, and scalability

  • Identify human-in-the-loop controls and operational guardrails for automation initiatives

  • Partner with technical teams to ensure redesigned processes translate effectively into system and AI-enabled solutions

AI & Technology Prioritization

  • Work with ATS and technology teams to translate prioritized use cases into implementation plans

  • Evaluate whether opportunities are best addressed through process change, existing technology, or custom AI development

  • Support development of enterprise AI roadmaps and use case prioritization frameworks

Transformation Program Support

  • Support program governance structures for multi-workstream transformation initiatives

  • Develop initiative roadmaps, milestone plans, and success metrics

  • Track progress against transformation objectives and business outcomes

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, related major or equivalent work experience.

  • Minimum of 2 years consulting or transformation experience

  • Strong process redesign and operational improvement background

  • Experience working on digital transformation or AI-enabled initiatives

  • Experience creating business requirement and conducting process mapping exercises

  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to work in one of our offices, or at a client site, up to 50%.

Certain states require us to disclose the pay range and benefits summary for job openings. For Colorado residents, the compensation range for this position: $67,500 - $92,100. For Washington residents, Illinois residents, New York residents, and Southern California residents, the compensation range for this position: $74,400 - $101,400. For Northern California residents, the compensation range for this position: $77,800 - $106,000. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location. Eligible employees at certain levels can participate in a discretionary long-term financial incentive plan, subject to plan participation rules.
