BFW Construction Project Managers www.bfwgroup.net is a construction project management agency firm that works with building owners and construction management partners to build amazing spaces that benefit the community. We are located at the Philadelphia Navy Yard with offices in New York City and Harrisburg, PA. We are expanding into Maryland and North Carolina. We are seeking a dynamic Marketing and Proposal Manager to lead both our marketing initiatives and proposal development efforts. The successful candidate would work with staff and clients to draft winning proposals that drive business growth. They would also work with our social media consultants and marketing staff to create messaging that increases positive name recognition in the community. Key responsibilities include:
Proposal Writing
- Lead the entire proposal development process from planning to submission
- Write, edit, and coordinate compelling proposal content that effectively communicates our value proposition
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and translate technical information
- Meet strict proposal deadlines while maintaining high quality standards
- Track proposal outcomes and implement process improvements.
- Manage digital marketing channels including website, social media, email, and newsletters
- Lead the development of marketing materials and collateral
- Plan and execute marketing events, including trade shows and webinar
- Help Manage marketing budget and vendor relationships
- Collaborate with sales team on lead generation strategies
- Manage Marketing Assistant (P/T) to achieve objectives.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree, 3 years experience in marketing and proposal writing, exceptional writer, experience with RFP process, ability to multi-task, team player, social media and tech savy.
