We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing internal and external communications, ensuring consistent messaging, and supporting marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, capable of executing communications strategies that foster positive relationships with clients, media, and team members.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies

• Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, newsletters, and other communication materials

• Maintain relationships with media outlets and coordinate press coverage

• Assist in managing the company’s website and social media content (excluding direct social media management)

• Coordinate and support public relations events and initiatives

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive communication strategies

• Handle media inquiries and maintain communication records

• Monitor industry trends and adjust communications strategies accordingly

• Provide regular reports on communication efforts and their impact

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Communications Coordinator, PR Specialist, or in a similar role

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and content management systems

• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

• Creative and innovative with attention to detail

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
