Creates effective external client communications content and plans focused on specific initiatives and changes. Β Supports in determining the best content for communicating effectively and engaging targeted external client audiences.

Core Responsibilities

  • Develops cohesive plans for communicating initiatives and events that are aligned to business outcomes.

  • Partners with business area to ensure needs are addressed, various solutions are identified, and delivery of expectations is within scope and capacity.

  • Creates content that is clear, engaging, and concise. Identifies trends for future application. Recommends creative solutions to ensure successful client external communication as needed.

  • Applies Vanguard's style, usage, and brand standards to ensure consistency.

  • Identifies areas for improvement to enhance the effectiveness of communications and its ability to execute on business objectives.

  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • Minimum three years related work experience.

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Additional information:

This is a hybrid position based in Malvern, PA, with remote work on Mondays and Fridays and in-office collaboration Tuesday through Thursday.
