This role will support the development, management and implementation of integrated communication initiatives across Chubb’s North America organization. The ideal candidate will be an exceptionally strong writer with experience in and/or understanding of a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, videos, branding, events, and social media. They will work with senior marketing officers and business leaders to develop effective and engaging campaigns and collateral.
This position reports to the Assistant Vice President of North America Commercial Communications and can be based in either our Philadelphia, PA office or Whitehouse Station, NJ office. The role requires 15-20% domestic travel.

Responsibilities
Bachelor’s degree required, Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing, Professional Writing or Public Relations majors are preferred
GPA 3.0 or above required
1-3 years of professional experience (including internships)
Exceptional writing skills and demonstrable experience creating internal messages, articles, presentations, talking points, and other research-based content. Should be able to share a portfolio of published work (college-level work accepted)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat (InDesign and Photoshop experience a plus)
Proficiency in marketing communications tools such as Canva, Sales Force Marketing Cloud, Cvent, and Google Analytics a plus
Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once
Plays well with others
Ability to travel 15-20%
