Job Summary 

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Director, the Brand Manager will play a vital role in the strategic planning, development, and execution of marketing initiatives for Stateside Vodka Soda and Emerging RTD Brands. This role is central to building brand equity, driving profitable growth, and ensuring these verticals continue to thrive in both on-premise and off-premise channels. You will collaborate internally with sales, marketing, operations, and finance as well as externally with distributors and corporate partners to align our business goals and achieve maximum success. 

 

This is a hybrid position and requires working at least 3 days per week onsite at our headquarters located in Feasterville-Trevose, PA.  

 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies. 
  • Execute the brand's key initiatives through innovative, consumer-centric programs.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to establish a cohesive brand strategy across marketing channels. 
  • Develop and execute promotional campaigns and programs to increase brand visibility and drive sales. 
  • Manage the advertising and promotional budgets, ensuring efficient and effective allocation of resources. 
  • Collaborate on social media strategies and execution. 
  • Conduct market research to analyze the competitive landscape. 
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of brand initiatives. 
  • Maintain a flexible and adaptable approach to meet changing business needs.

Required Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • MBA is preferred. 
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in brand management within the alcoholic beer and/orspirits industry. 
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies and marketing campaigns. 
  • Strong understanding of both on-premise and off-premise channels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. 
  • Availability to travel as required (estimated 25%). 

 

Compensation 

  • Base Salary: $110,000-$135,000 USD
  • Bonus: 20%
  • Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, and qualifications.
  • The salary range refers to base salary only and is not inclusive of the total compensation package.
