Anthropologie is seeking a Creative Strategist to join the Brand Voice team. This net new role is central to evolving the role of copy and narrative from execution into concept and creative strategy.
While you are well versed in best practices by channel and media placement, the purpose of this role is to serve as a key dot-connector—translating customer insight, cultural signals, channel KPIs, and brand strategy into clear creative territories, concepts, and format recommendations. You bring agency-level rigor to our in-house team, with a proven ability to turn marketing strategy into creative strategy that inspires anyone executing the work.
You’re obsessed with culture from all angles: whether macro culture, pop culture, or fashion and lifestyle signals that get to the why of our customer. You are future-forward, comfortable thinking at the campaign level as well as always-on, and adept at balancing the art and science of it all. You’ll be seen as the connective tissue, creating a cohesive creative point of view.
We welcome candidates from Philadelphia and the surrounding areas who are excited about a hybrid work model. This role offers the flexibility of remote work alongside 2-3 days per week in our Philadelphia office, where you'll collaborate closely with our creative and editorial teams. For selected finalists based outside of the region, we are pleased to offer a competitive relocation package to support your move!
