Viqtory.com seeks an AI Content Strategy Lead who is both a creative strategist and a hands-on operator ready to shape the next era of storytelling across our portfolio of brands: Vetrepreneurยฎ, Military Friendlyยฎ, Veteran of the Year (VOY), G.I. Jobsยฎ, and Military Spouseโข.
This role is centered on creating meaningful, data-driven connections between the military community and civilian opportunities through words, stories, and scalable, AI-driven content systems.
The successful candidate will leverage AI to curate, generate, and deploy content across multi-format channels (social, blog, video, campaigns), manage narrative direction, and maintain brand voice consistency across distinct but interconnected brands. You will serve as the bridge between creativity and AI-powered execution driving both scale and authenticity in how we reach veterans, service members, spouses, employers, and schools.
This position requires both high-level creative oversight and direct involvement in prompt design, AI workflow development, and performance optimization. You will mentor team members and collaborate closely with social, creative, acquisition, and automation leads to ensure every piece of content contributes to growth, engagement, and conversions.

Key Accountabilities
- Define and evolve the brand narrative strategy across all Viqtory properties.
- Deploy and maintain AI-driven content workflows for scalable campaign creation (social, blog, ads, email).
- Align storytelling with lead generation and SQL conversion goals, ensuring content contributes to measurable funnel outcomes.
- Maintain brand voice consistency across all AI-assisted outputs.
- Partner with Creative, Growth, and Automation teams to connect narrative with traffic, engagement, and conversion performance.
Responsibilities
- Serve as content strategist and AI workflow owner -responsible for prompt libraries, tone guidelines, system instructions, AI content pipelines and automations.
- Produce and curate multi-format content: long-form, short-form, ads, landing pages, scripts, and video narratives.
- Partner with the Social & Community Growth Manager to ensure platform-native content performance across LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and X.
- IServe as the content strategist and AI workflow owner -responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing AI-driven workflows and agents using tools such as n8n, Make, and Zapier.
- Build autonomous or semi-autonomous AI agents that support content generation, distribution, QA, scheduling, and analytics.
- Develop and manage prompt libraries, tone guidelines, system instructions, and AI content pipelines for scalable multi-brand content production.
- Implement and oversee AI systems that assist with copy generation, narrative development, campaign creation, and data organization -while ensuring human editorial oversight.
- Collaborate with Automation and Growth teams to integrate AI agents into existing marketing systems, ensuring content ties directly into lead-gen and nurturing workflows.Review and analyze content performance data to optimize messaging, and update AI workflows accordingly.
Qualifications
- 7-10 years in content strategy, copywriting, or editorial leadership with proven success driving brand growth.
- 3-5 years experience with AI tools and content workflows (e.g., GPT, Gemini, Midjourney, VEO, automation stacks, MAKE, n8n).
- Proven ability to craft compelling brand narratives across multiple audiences (B2C and B2B).
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and how content impacts CPL, RUs, and SQLs.
- Experience managing cross-channel content calendars tied to lead-gen or funnel outcomes.
- Excellent writing, storytelling, and editing skills across short-form and long-form formats.
- Strong collaborative skills; able to work across social, creative, acquisition, and automation teams.
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or equivalent experience.
