As an Account Manager you will join the Customer Success Team helping retails clients grow and preserve their capital. You know the ins and outs of our product offering and are able to deliver outstanding customer experience. Building relationships with customers sometimes includes occasional travelling, so you should be up for it before applying.Β
The ideal Account Manager for our team has a B2C Sales or B2C Business Development background, has account management skills and advanced understanding of the world of finance. You will be in charge of achieving revenue targets through existing accounts and generating new business.Β
Responsibilities: ππΒ
- Build, onboard, and nurture relationships with clients across the Central America region.
- Identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions that align with their goals and risk tolerance.
- Serve as a regional escalation contact for Customer Success Advisors in delivering banking services to clients.
- Represent the company at regional events to enhance brand visibility and generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct in-person meetings with current clients to strengthen partnerships and foster engagement.
- Track client portfolios and provide timely updates or recommendations as needed.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of product offerings, regularly reassess client risk profiles, and address wealth management requirements.
- Ensure all activities comply with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Meet or exceed performance targets and contribute to broader team and business objectives.
- Deliver product presentations to potential customers and existing clients.
- Collaborate with the team to devise strategies for expanding the customer base and identifying cross-selling opportunities to grow assets under management (AUM).
- Take proactive steps to ensure client satisfaction throughout onboarding and ongoing service delivery.Β
- Stay informed about developments in both cryptocurrency and traditional finance sectors.
- Communicate region-specific challenges or opportunities to Product teams and otherΒ
Key Requirements: ππ‘Β
- Proficient in both English and Spanish.
- 5+ years of experience in client-facing roles within private banking, wealth management, investment banking, or commercial banking.
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency markets through professional experience or personal involvement.
- Proven ability to generate new business opportunities and manage ongoing client relationships within the financial services industry.
- Comfortable leading in-person and virtual meetings with clients and addressing inquiries from potential customers at industry events.
- Demonstrated success in meeting performance metrics, including conversion rates and growth in assets under management (AUM).
- Well-established connections within the financial services sector in the region.
- Comprehensive knowledge of fiat payment systems and stablecoins.
