The hours for this position are Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate up-to-date experience in video production, studio operations, audio/video operation and maintenance, troubleshooting techniques, and multimedia support services. Must have the ability to read, comprehend, and interpret technical manuals and procedures; to provide assistance and support to staff, faculty, and students; to communicate effectively with all employees and students; to lift over 50 pounds.
Responsibilities include:
• One year of experience as an IT Help Desk Technician (commonwealth title);
or
• An associate degree in an IT field;
or
• Two years of experience providing IT support services involving hardware and software installation, operation, and maintenance;
or
• One year of experience providing IT support services involving hardware and software installation, operation, and maintenance and completion of a one-year apprenticeship in the IT technical support field;
or
• An equivalent combination of experience and training
